Request to delete your account and personal data
In accordance with the data protection laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, you have the right to request complete deletion of your data from our system.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Personal data (name, phone, email, date of birth)
- Fitness club visit history
- Membership and booking data
- Bonus balance and transaction history
- Profile photo
- Device push tokens
Deletion Process

Send a deletion request via email or WhatsApp, providing the phone number linked to your account

We will verify your identity within 1 business day

Your data will be completely deleted within 30 days

You will receive confirmation of data deletion
Please Note
Account recovery is not possible after data deletion. If you have an active membership, we recommend waiting until it expires before deleting your account. Data required for contractual obligations or legal requirements may be retained for the period established by law.
